The Residential Sales Specialist is a key player in the sales team, responsible for generating new relationships, maintaining existing relationships, and increasing sales and market share. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of products, and excellent communication and marketing skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with certified fabricators, retail, kitchen and bath dealers, designers, remodelers, Lowe’s & The Home Depot stores and architects/designers
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field
- At least 2 yrs. experience within the region for sales of solid surface, quartz, and porcelain products
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and French
- Strong organizational and technology skills
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge
- Ability to work and think independently as well as within a team
- Reliable transportation to hold 6’ tower sample boxes
