Legal Counsel

Role Overview

As a Legal Counsel, you will be a strategic sparring partner for our departments in Germany, as well as for our branches in Austria and Switzerland. You will combine legal excellence with entrepreneurial thinking - and thus make a significant contribution to LG's sustainable success.

What You Will Do

Comprehensive legal advice in all civil and commercial law issues, as well as in company and data protection law. Examination, design, and negotiation of national and international contracts (e.g., sales, delivery, cooperation, and service contracts). Ensuring the legal protection of our business interests in a dynamic market environment.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the first state examination in law (second state examination is an advantage) or a comparable study (e.g., business law)
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an internationally active company or a law firm
• In-depth knowledge of German civil law, particularly contract law
• Interest and willingness to engage in adjacent legal fields and regulatory topics
• Negotiation-secure German and English language skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced service orientation, and communication strength
• Hands-on mentality and joy in developing practical solutions
