LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Category Manager to join their Procurement team supporting the LGC Diagnostics and Genomics Business Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Team management skills and experience
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms).
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
