Teamleiter*in / Teamlead GMP- Produktion (m/w/d)

As a Team Leader / Oligonucleotide Production at Axolabs Berlin, you will lead an engaged international team and shape the establishment of our modern GMP production site.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in production under GMP conditions
• Experience in document preparation and equipment qualification in the GMP field
• Sound knowledge of solid-phase synthesis of nucleic acids or peptides
• Proven leadership skills, excellent social and communication skills, and good German and English skills
• Affinity for innovative processes and solutions, as well as experience in process improvements (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
