Branch Manager

The Branch Manager provides strategic leadership and daily oversight of all branch operations and customer service functions at LGG INDUSTRIAL, a solutions-driven national distributor of hoses, gaskets, and conveyor products.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all operational teams including Warehouse/Production, Safety, Quality, Shipping/Receiving, Drivers, VMI and Counter Sales.
• Implement standardized customer service policies and procedures across the branch to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, engagement, professional development and performance reviews across all departments.
