Customer Sales and Service Representative

Provide direct support to Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to develop existing and prospective customers, ensuring the Branch meets its growth targets.

Requirements

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Partner with Sales Representatives to provide sales quotes
• Process incoming inquiries into company sales system
• Quote customers using working knowledge of product
• Successfully achieve budgeted Branch sales goals
• Assist A/R personnel in creating and establishing new accounts and follow up on collections
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives and Branch management to keep account activities updated
• Monitor delivery date commitments and expedites where appropriate
• Monitor customer specific inventory for sales order fulfillment
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Provide technical/service support to account management, branch management and internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified for
