Field Service Technician

LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform splices and installation on various types of conveyor belts and components. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality processes and documentation, and be able to travel to out-of-town jobs as needed. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and excellent customer service skills. Training will be provided to ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards. Requirements

• Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Works closely with Field Service Supervisors and team members in attaining goals and objectives
• Good understanding of overall Quality process and documentation
• Communicate general and quality-related concerns to management
• Provide onsite customer service
• Perform conveyor belt installation with mechanical or vulcanized splice
• Perform hose testing as needed
• Understands tools and machinery applicable to the job
• Travel is required part of job
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified for
