Job Description
LGT Wealth Management is seeking Senior Business Analysts to support strategic change and mandatory initiatives across the LGT Wealth Management business, with a focus on delivering scale and efficiencies initiatives in client-facing advisory environments, continuous improvement and process optimization, performance reporting, financial products or compliance, AML and regulatory reforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst working in Wealth Management or Financial Services Organisations or equivalent relevant experience working in Wealth Management or Financial Services Organisations
- Proven ability to work within a team structure with an accountability to motivate others to achieve excellence
- Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms. Avaloq experience is highly desirable
- Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks
- Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills
- Experience undertaking regulatory or compliance projects in Financial Services environment
- Understanding of wealth management products and services are highly desirable
- Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies are a plus
