Job Description
This volunteer position offers a vital role in enhancing patient and family quality of care within a hospice setting. Volunteers provide support to the agency's goals through various activities, including care assistance, administrative support, and documentation. The role is volunteer-based and not eligible for pay.
Requirements
- Provides assistance to the hospice program and/or patient/family in accordance with designated activities.
- Accurately documents services provided.
- Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
- Attends at least four (4) in-services per year.
