Hospice Volunteer Elite Hospice

The volunteer position at Elite Hospice provides essential support to patients and their families by assisting with various activities. Requirements

• Provides assistance to the hospice program and/or patient/family.
• Accurately documents services provided.
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
• Participates in in-services.
• Attends at least four in-services per year.
• Participates in community outreach projects.
• Knowledge of the death and dying process (Bereavement Volunteer).
• Knowledge of the death and dying process (Patient Care Volunteer).
