Job Description
The Senior Restructuration Consultant role involves working independently on social transformation missions, particularly in restructuring contexts. They lead project sub-assemblies, contribute to the development of offers, and participate in standard commercial proposals.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in HR consulting, restructuring, or organizational transformation
- Maîtrise des dispositifs de financement (OPCO, FSE, etc.)
- Competences in social engineering, GEPP, RCC, social negotiation
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and animate formations
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Autonomie, initiative, assertivité, curiosité, and esprit collaboratif
