Requirements
- Proven track record in selling customized business solutions in a consulting environment
- Solid background in both new business development (hunting) and account management
- Skilled in various sales techniques, including face-to-face meetings, social selling, and delivering large presentations
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client strong relationships
- Strong capability in leading sales efforts, influencing virtual global teams, and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Strong project management skills with a consistent record of meeting KPIs
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
