Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Miami

LHi Group is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant for their Miami office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and building relationships with candidates to understand their needs and requirements. The role offers a competitive salary, commission, and equity, as well as health benefits, 401k, and a generous family leave package.

Requirements

• Former sales, recruitment or client / phone based experience preferred
• A desire for in-office presence with a start up, all hands on deck mentality
• Fulfillment through KPI centered goals and targets and clear promotional expectations
• A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create advancement opportunities alongside our experienced team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
