Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our Data Center Operations market in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agency recruitment and experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal level or above
- Experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment (preferred)
- A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
- The ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming technology infrastructure and data center market
- Desirable experience of building out a market / niche

- Competitive base salary $70k-$100k (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (up to 50%)
