We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to perform electrical and instrumentation inspections, repairs, and rebuilds on all plant operating equipment to ensure continuous operation within the required quality control standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in company-sponsored training and certification programs to ensure their job knowledge and skills meet evolving company standards.
Requirements
- Comply with company, state, and governmental health and safety regulations
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and report findings
- Participate in the work order initiation process
- Ensure all inventory parts are correctly charged from Stores
- Possess a good knowledge of power distribution systems
- Install, maintain, and adjust transformers
- Perform low voltage and high voltage terminations
- Maintain switchgear up to 4160 volts
- Troubleshoot and maintain all types of motor control circuits
- Perform basic electrical calculations
- Use electrical test equipment
- Fabricate and install conduit
- Soldering operations
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors and drives
- Install and align electrical motors
- Troubleshoot and maintain air dryers
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain belt-weighing devices
- Maintain and replace process control circuits
- Use precision measuring tools
- Possess some knowledge of the CMMS System
- Complete work orders and checklists
- Troubleshoot and modify control loops
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cameras and monitors
