Job Description
The Plant Manager has total responsibility for the performance of the plant and quarry locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and economical operation, and meeting production, maintenance, quality, compliance, and financial performance targets.
Requirements
- Ensure safe, efficient, and economical operation of the plant
- Lead and manage the plant/quarry in a manner consistent with the vision of LNA
- Establish targets and priorities for the plant/quarry to ensure consistent performance around all KPI's
- Communicate effectively with all employees on all levels
- Champion plant/quarry and community communications
- Ensure consistent product and process quality
- Develop and control profits, plans and budget
- Provide leadership and mentoring to accomplish plant/quarry goals and objectives
- Drive positive safety culture
- Demonstrate environmental and safety regulatory leadership
