Officer – Traceability

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our Istanbul team as an Officer – Traceability. In this role, you will ensure end-to-end production traceability, supply chain transparency, and proactive operational risk management across our textile manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in textile production processes
• Strong understanding of production flows, operational bottlenecks, and shop-floor dynamics
• Experience in time study and standard time calculation
• Hands-on, field-oriented approach to production environments
• Disciplined in documentation control and system follow-up
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with planning, production, and quality teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably ERP/production systems
