Requirements
- M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or Geotechnics
- At least 20 years of experience in leading complex projects
- Master of technical, financial, and contractual project management
- Familiarity with coordinating demanding multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and relational ease
