Requirements
- Confirmed engineer in thermal, energy, or industrial engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects for heat production central plants
- Strategic vision and ability to pilot an activity and structure a team
- Hierarchical management experience and ability to mobilize teams around shared objectives
- Strong technical knowledge of fluid and energy systems
- Strong commercial sense and ability to develop and retain a client portfolio
