Requirements

• Confirmed engineer in thermal, energy, or industrial engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects for heat production central plants
• Strategic vision and ability to pilot an activity and structure a team
• Hierarchical management experience and ability to mobilize teams around shared objectives
• Strong technical knowledge of fluid and energy systems
• Strong commercial sense and ability to develop and retain a client portfolio
