Sales Executive - Polish Speaking

We are seeking a Sales Executive to support our customers in Poland and manage a customer base through personalized consulting and support. The role involves acting as a link between customers and internal teams, managing leads, and working with external partners to ensure a high conversion rate.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written), with intermediate proficiency in English.
• A passion for sales and phone-based sales.
• Openness to change and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Initiative and excellent self-management: You know how to prioritise to make the most of your day.
• Experience in B2B Sales.
• Ideally, knowledge of financial products.
• Building and maintaining a customer base and managing it in a CRM system.
