- Know and manage all relevant services and products of the Company
- Make contact through phone, email, and instant messaging to sell services and products to new clients
- Make calls to new clients
- Register all contacts with clients correctly and responsibly in the CRM system
- Analyze current market situations with clients to keep their interest in financial markets
- Meet standard parameters for daily communications with clients
- Meet quality requirements for communications with clients
- Analyze competitor actions and client comments
- Communicate relevant information to the Team Leader
