Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and skilled Facility & Operations Coordinator to ensure the safety, functionality, and smooth daily operations of our facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related role
- Strong general repair skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Experience supervising staff or overseeing security personnel preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform maintenance tasks at various heights
- Reliable transportation and the ability to respond quickly to facility needs, including after-hours emergencies
