Residential Support Staff

Provide direct care and supervision to residents in a group home setting, assist with daily living activities, implement individualized care plans, and engage residents in recreational activities to promote social interaction and independence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges (highly desirable)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Must complete any required training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical activities as required
