History Teacher (6-7)

Cherokee Classical Academy seeks a History Teacher for grade levels 6th through 7th. The teacher will be responsible for teaching history using the Hillsdale College K–12 Scope and Sequence, aligned with CCA’s classical curriculum and pedagogy. The role includes planning lessons, delivering instruction, and developing a climate and culture of joy, order, and wonder in the classroom.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a fully accredited college
• Valid teaching certification in Georgia (preferred)
• Previous experience in classical education (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
