Job Description
nexfibre is a next-generation fibre broadband company seeking a Corporate Strategy Director to work with senior management and investors to define strategic priorities and direction of the business. The role will lead market analysis, M&A, and joint venture opportunities, and develop strategic projects.
Requirements
- Degree level education / relevant professional qualifications
- Relevant years experience in strategy consultancy (private practice/inhouse), ideally in the telecoms sector and with fibre experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and programme management skills
- Geo-spatial analytical experience would be an advantage
- Experience of M&A assessment and execution will be highly advantageous
