Data Scientist

Liberty Global is seeking a Data Scientist to apply advanced data science, machine learning, AI/Gen-AI, and predictive analytics to drive technology decisions. The role will support due diligence, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic roadmap development through sophisticated modelling, performance analysis, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years in data science with focus on building Data and AI products
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization
• Full-stack development experience with cloud technologies (GCP preferred)
• Strong expertise in building Gen-AI native products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—translating complex datasets and technical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills for presenting sophisticated analytical findings to senior leadership and technical stakeholders
