Director, Commercial Finance FP&A - 12 month FTC/secondment

We're looking for a Director, Commercial Finance FP&A to join our team in London for a 12-month maternity cover. The role involves leading our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function for Corporate Services and collaborating with business partners to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance.

Requirements

• High proficiency in financial modelling, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting
• Exceptional business partnering skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with a range of senior stakeholders
• Strong experience in finance systems, data transformation, and driving efficiencies through process improvements
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and drive financial performance improvements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across finance teams and the broader business
• Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar finance leadership roles, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
