Senior Legal Counsel

We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel- Finance to join our dynamic Finance Legal team in London. This role will involve playing a key role in our team, focussing on Liberty Blume's fast-growing and expanding business that originates financing products for the Liberty Global group and beyond.

Requirements

• Degree level education / relevant professional qualifications in law and relevant years of PQE
• Strong finance background is essential
• Excellent drafting skills with experience of negotiating
• Solutions orientated and able to analyse and understand complex financing structures and technical details
• Commercially minded and able to exercise skill and good judgement in making sound, logical and justifiable decisions
