Senior Manager, ESG Reporting

We are looking for a Senior Manager, ESG Reporting to join our team in Schiphol-Rijk in Netherlands to direct the Group’s ESG reporting operating model, manage enterprise-wide policies and reporting criteria, and develop the strategic roadmap for system enhancements, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Sustainability, Engineering, Economics or similar
• Master’s or professional qualification (e.g., audit/controls) is a plus
• Relevant years in ESG or financial reporting, audit/assurance or risk/internal controls in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Prior team leadership required
• Big 4 or assurance experience advantageous
