We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bradford on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives and B2B products.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end transitions of operational services between providers
- Own delivery of the release backlog, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful digital solutions
- Collaborate across teams and leadership to remove blockers and manage risks
- Maintain robust delivery documentation
- Drive clear communication and alignment across delivery teams
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build and manage strong relationships with third-party partners
- Support and mentor team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery performance
