VP, Tax - M&A

As the VP, Tax - M&A, you will lead tax workstream across M&A, disposals, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings, and corporate development transactions, ensuring Liberty Global executes deals efficiently, compliantly, and with optimal tax outcomes. This role blends hands-on transactional structuring with strategic leadership of our central tax function, supporting senior executives across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Deep international corporate tax expertise, ideally developed in a deal-heavy environment
• Proven experience leading tax structuring on complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of Pillar 2, BEPS, CFC, financing structures and cross-border reorganisations
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, shaping deal outcomes at the earliest stages
• Experience leading high-performing teams within tax, finance or deal environments
• Curiosity, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
