Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Regional Financial Analyst to provide research and formulation of responses to inquiries concerning budget comparisons and analyses. The role will require analyzing financial data, creating reports, and making recommendations for assigned portfolios. The position involves minimal travel as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Yardi experience preferred)
- Property management experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred or minimum of four years accounting/office experience
