Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience (not necessarily in insurance)
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, mathematics, economics or finance
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner with an appropriate level of detail and professionalism
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Ability to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Initiative driven and self-starter
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated organization skills and abilities
