Job Description
Liberty Resources is seeking a Clinical Site Director for its Behavioral Health Clinic in Rochester, NY. The Clinical Site Director oversees day-to-day operations and provides operational leadership, staff supervision, and quality management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and team management skills, operational and workflow management expertise, and a current NYS License (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT or LMHC).
Requirements
- Current NYS License (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT or LMHC)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health or integrated care settings strongly preferred.
