Job Description
Liberty Resources is seeking a full-time Residential Case Manager to join our Venture House program. The Case Manager performs case management-related functions to coordinate, facilitate and maintain care for the residents of Venture House and the Apartment Treatment program in Madison County.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Associates and one (1) year experience or HS Diploma and three (3) years related experience
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
