MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER TECHNICIAN - El Reno, OK

The Mechanical Assembler Technician is responsible for installing components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies on the production line, performing mechanical tasks, and engaging in diagnosing and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and manufacturing background, experience following standards and reading prints, and thrive in a fast-paced repetitive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of demonstrated mechanical assembly and / or maintenance aptitude
• Accredited certificate in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial maintenance
• Ability to manage time in a manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety processes and procedures
• Ability to properly utilize required PPE
• Ability to safely utilize hand tools
• Demonstrate quality work through accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
• Exhibits efficiency in problem solving by identifying & resolving problems in a timely manner
• Exhibits adaptability by positive response to frequent change, delays, or unexpected occurrences
• Contributes to building and participating in a positive team environment
