Requirements
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and grow revenue
- Manage critical performance goals/objectives
- Serve as lead point of contact for customers
- Assist with challenging provider's requests and issues
- Conduct in-service training sessions and meetings
- Schedule weekly or monthly meetings with customers
- Provide productivity and updates on managed accounts and special projects
