Case Coordinator

Libra Solutions is looking for a skilled Case Coordinator with legal and or medical experience to evaluate cases, make funding decisions, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers. This role is based in the Huntersville, NC office.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Exemplary customer service and time management
• Organized and ability to prioritize well
• Thrives in team environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and life cycle of a case
