Provider Account Specialist

Libra Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist to join their growing team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships with medical providers and cross-functional teams, and will be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing trackers, summarizing data, and facilitating the timely posting or requesting of medical records and billing.

Requirements

• Regularly communicate with clients, medical providers, and internal teams via phone and email
• Reconcile accounts, track outstanding medical records and billing and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and job aids to streamline workflows
• Build strong working relationships with medical providers, business development teams, and clients
• Pivot effectively between various responsibilities and priorities
