Provider Liaison Specialist

Libra Solutions is a company that simplifies and eases the burden of legal processes for plaintiffs, heirs, and attorneys. The Provider Liaison Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing relationships with provider partners, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a customer service point of contact.

Requirements

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience working with medical providers and attorneys and knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience using Salesforce or CRM software
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to multitask and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
• Ability to perform in a heavy inbound/outbound call environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of work quality
• Proficient in MS Office
