Strategy Analyst

Libra Solutions is a company that helps overcome the burdens created by slow-moving legal processes. We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team and provide analysis and strategic recommendations to the business across sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master’s degree achievement preferred
• Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Experience and comfort with SQL and Excel
• Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results
• Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope
• Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient communication of statistical findings and explanations to non-analytics roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
