Job Description
Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heart and soul of the brand. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and maintaining a great store environment. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing employees, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience while upholding Lids' brand standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience producing sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
