Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager PT is responsible for generating sales, controlling expenses, and supervising associates in a retail store environment. They must produce sales gains, provide customer service, and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year relative experience
- Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a computer and software programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of work time
- Ability to work unsupervised
