The Assistant Store Manager PT will produce sales gains by providing customer service, meeting or exceeding company objectives, and adhering to visual guidelines. They will also control expenses, supervise associates, and perform additional principal duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year relative experience
• Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner
• Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
• Ability to work unsupervised
