Associate Buyer

Lids Sports Group is a leading licensed sports retailer seeking an Associate Buyer to work in their fast-paced buying and merchandising department. The ideal candidate will analyze sales, inventory, and trends to make accurate buying and allocation decisions, and work closely with supervisors to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Merchandising or related field
• Minimum of two years direct-related retail buying or retail management experience
• High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, organizational, interpersonal, and math skills
• Strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
