Job Description
Lids Sports Group is seeking a Manager, Allocation to lead a team of Allocation Analysts in developing exceptional allocation strategies for their store fleet. The role involves maximizing sales, margin, and inventory productivity while minimizing markdowns.
Requirements
- Develop and execute allocation and replenishment strategies for licensed headwear and apparel
- Analyze sales, inventory, and merchandise performance at the SKU, team, league, vendor, and store level
- Aggressively chase hot-market products and take decisive allocation and replenishment actions to drive incremental sales
