As a retail salesperson at Lids, you will be responsible for generating revenue, meeting company goals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's visual guidelines. Additional responsibilities include controlling costs, protecting company assets, and participating in store inventory management.

Requirements

• Generate revenue
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
• Control costs
• Protect the company's assets within the guidelines of LIDS retail
• Participate in store inventory management, including processing shipments and returns
• Support and follow all LIDS retail policies, procedures and principles
