Job Description
Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to foster a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting customer needs and ensuring store performance. The Store Manager will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales results while minimizing loss.
Requirements
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Lead and develop a team of store associates, including training, coaching, and performance management
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer feedback, and address issues in the moment
- Drive sales results, minimize loss, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
