We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Bendestorf, Germany. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring interest becomes real bookings for our hotels in the tourism & leisure and MICE segment.
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in the field of hospitality, tourism, or sales
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on tourism & leisure and/or MICE
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Travel readiness and a strong network in the industry is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
- Secure handling of common CRM and office systems
