Requirements

• High university degree
• Successful work experience in human resources management
• Work experience in a leading role in a large, complex organization
• Experience in service formation and management
• Experience in effective work, process optimization, and automation principles and their application
• Orientation towards the customer, results, and continuous improvement
• Strategic thinking and ability to act in a complex and dynamic environment
• Understanding of matrix management principles
• Understanding of strong interest-based team management and partnership creation skills
• Ability to bring the team together, make decisions, manage changes
• Fluent Lithuanian language, good English language skills
