Requirements
- High university degree
- Successful work experience in human resources management
- Work experience in a leading role in a large, complex organization
- Experience in service formation and management
- Experience in effective work, process optimization, and automation principles and their application
- Orientation towards the customer, results, and continuous improvement
- Strategic thinking and ability to act in a complex and dynamic environment
- Understanding of matrix management principles
- Understanding of strong interest-based team management and partnership creation skills
- Ability to bring the team together, make decisions, manage changes
- Fluent Lithuanian language, good English language skills
